Everyone's favorite fictional band (no, not that one) plays an awesome live show - including such hits as Because, It's Midnite and Trogdor.

This would've been great in 2003.

Also, related.

I can't believe that Limozeen would be ANYBODY's favorite fictional band.

Their lead guitarist wears an SOD shirt. Maybe the Bros. Chaps next fake band will be hardcore!

I thought the Rutles were everyone's favorite fictional band...

Strangely, I had "The Cheat is Not Dead" in my head all morning. And I don't even remember the last time I watched a Strong Bad email.

The Trogdor video is pretty sweet.

I would have figured it was the Gorrilaz.

Can you really still be a fictional band when you're actually producing music?

My favorite fictional band would have to be Disaster Area, the loudest sound of any kind, anywhere.

Scum of the Earth. Now there was a fake band!

Homestar still makes me laugh. And I think this is neat.

My favourite fictional band is Quonsar's Exploding Fetus, whose first record Stains on Our Pants, Stains on Our Couch was so influential that bands don't even know they've been influenced by it. Yeah, it's that underground.

I'm cool.

Arms crossed. Smoking a bent cigarette. One foot against the wall.

I was hoping this would be about Spinal Tap....

Where did the show take place? I followed the link to the Trogdor video but saw no location.

I assumed it would be Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, but I guess that's just me.
