Paladin Press (often seen in Guns and Ammo and Soldier of Fortune Magazines) has tons of books like that. They were actually in a spot of trouble some time ago over a book on How to become a Hitman in the 90's, I think. The list that Bin Laden has is common knowledge to anyone who knows where to look.

P.S. - If the FBI, CDC, NRA, RIAA, CIA, NSA or Food and Drug Administration are listening, the above are for informational purposes only.

The interesting thing about most of these guidebooks is that they don't tell you anything you couldn't have figured out for yourself.

Several of the more infamous Paladin books are known to have been written by a middle-aged woman with zero "black ops" experience -- she's said that she just made it up based on movies and what she thought was reasonable.
