I don't meant that, I would be smoking mad if this happened to anyone I know. Who wants fake breasts anyway? Fake breasts are only for voyurism, and surely disappoint when pressed into action.

I'm going to need the help of a woman here. How can a woman's breat size change from 34 to 40 overnight. I was under the impression that the number part of the measurement related to the size of the chest just beneath the breasts. Is this not correct? To get the cup size, you have to measure across the nipples, then remove the chest size + 5 inches. Every extra inch relates to a cup increment. So:

34B means 34+5+1 = 39 inches around the nipples and
40DD would mean 40+5+4 = 47 inches around. Blimey.

Can somebody straighten out this whole sizing issue, please?

Indeed, band size *is* a measurement across under the breasts, and no, enlargement surgery won't change it.

This is likely the common mis-quoting of the around-nipple measurement, with a cupsize correct for the actual band size (which, ok, might have gone up *one* step.

So she probably went from a 34B to a 34DD, which, if my math is correct (read: I'm just guessing :-) would be about a 40" tape.

It's *still* a big implant.
