It's Official
The semantic web as acceded from buzz and speculation to a new "Star Wars." There've been many thoughts on future applications of interoperable data formats including hypercitizenship.

In my quest for answers I found this at the original poster's web site:

Research interests include: ritual and religion in Papua New Guinea; symbolism of friendship, exchange, marriage, and self; applications of computers in qualitative methods

Current projects include: archival research on John Layard, ethnographer of Vanuatu; applications of semi-structured data formats and semantic networks to organizing and representing qualitative data

Now I'm really confused

Hm ..."Tilt is created by a dedicated team of attorneys who would rather you not know their identities and for that reason are wearing masks at this very moment ..." (From Outlawyr's web site...) Now who's confused?

You slip up and write an incomprehensible post once, and they're all over you! Can't I get at least one break!
