While the Seeing Ear Theater may be gone, you can still listen to J. Michael Straczynski's experimental audio short story series City Of Dreams for free (real player alert). It features Steve Buscemi and Tim Curry, among others.
The quality is pretty hit or miss, but it picks up considerably from episodes 5-8.
