Confession time He wasn't hiking the Appalachian Trail with a bunch of naked people on the summer solstice; he didn't get abducted by aliens; he was simply committing adultery.

I was listening to NPR, I guess it was yesterday, when they reported that he'd gone off to hike the Appalachian Trail. My first thought was, "yeah, and why don't you just tell everybody you killed a bear with your teeth while you're at it?"

I dunno, ducking out on his wife and 4 kids for a week, incommunicado with his staff, flying off to Argentina, his whereabouts a mystery to an increasingly intrigued media, I think he was complexly committing adultery.

Maybe he was abducted by aliens and is using adultery as a cover. It's possible.
