Had to leave for work before the scan was done, haven't got back yet. There was a spate of flash-installed trojans about a month ago, though. I'm on my touch now or I'd scratch up a reference.

The Flash movie appeared to be benign when I visited it. AVG and Spybot didn't complain. I'd say it's probably something else.
