Also from that site is a good letter describing why you shouldn't try to get around the napster port blockages

As a network admin, I have to say that this effort to get around Napster is troubling. Schools aren't shutting off Napster access because they have some inherent problem with students having access to the music, they're doing it because it sucks up bandwidth like a Hoover, and the actual reasons for the bandwidth (and that FUND that bandwidth) are suffering from the presence of Napster traffic.
If students continue to circumvent the restriction from Napster, they may soon find that Napster isn't the only thing that they don't have access to; I can definitely see schools forming committees to rethink dorm Internet access (because we all DO know that such things tend to be reactionary, and also tend to go further than they need to to solve the perceived problem).
Just my $0.02.

Anonymizer should work just fine; it's a generic redirector. Of course, if their server starts getting loaded down with MP3 traffic, they're likely to close off that IP, too.
