Aw, what a cute kitty...

Aw, what a cute kitty... From the "why didn't I think of this?" department: a photographer adopts a cute little gray cat, posts the sob story of how the cat was orphaned, starving, injured, etc. before he found a good home, and then just as women are all gushy, asks if they want to pose nude with him. Genius!

Heh. This one is a porn star. She even has her own web site. Sans felines, though...

The cat doesn't look so thrilled with the idea ...

I can top it. I saw it on FuckedCompany three days ago. This is the same guy who got a naked girl to pose in front of Blur Studios in Venice.

(On a side note, I'm the person who forwarded the Blur e-mail to Phil Kaplan, which launched a massive flamewar, a little notoriety, and a public apology from the sender.)

Um...this doesn't seem all that "clever" when the very first page warns about explicit sexual material. I was expecting a warm, fuzzy (no jokes, please) intro to sucker people in, not a blatant, no-holds-barred, "welcome to online porn" introduction. What's so novel or gimmicky about this?

So if we've all seen it on all of those other portals, why is it necessary to regurgitate it for the one or two people who use MetaFilter for their sole source of internet leftovers?

because more than just one or two people happen to not frequent the variety of portals you do.

The most disturbing thing about this is that apparently my cat has been moonlighting.

Hey know what? I posted it to file pile. But that sci the end of my witty comments, I got .86ed and need to find a new job.

I had the opportunity to be bored by the site 6 months ago. beat that, biatch.

Surely the big story here is that a cat has managed to make its own web page and write its own bio? Talk about missing the point.
