I am somewhat impatient, but I know that the game will be loaded soon.

The Company of Myself is a poignant, puzzle-solving Flash platform-type game featuring some gameplay mechanics reminiscent of Braid. Each level furthers the game's tale of loneliness and alone-ness. [via JiG]
Wow, that ending was traumatizing.

Argh. I quit on level 19, apparently one level before the last, because I didn't feel like getting all the shadows across. Then I see Orange Pamplemousse's comment.
Still, nice game.

It's a fun little game, even if it rips off its mechanics and story from Braid.

I really liked that. It could have been artificially extended, but it was just enough to explore the atmosphere and the gameplay.

Solon and Thanks, you can go back to the game and select "Continue" to start back on that level. And you don't have to get them all across. I played that level with a massacre of shadows of Lemmings-like proportions.

Class, today we are going to cover evoking poignant moods with chord free piano music. Seriously though, good find.

'Poignant' is not a word you often hear in reference to Flash games.
I'll give this one a try.

Wait ... I'm player of the week? I had no idea ...
Well, that's what I get for never checking the forum. Thanks!

"alone-ness" is not a word. You should have used "solitudiness" instead.

Along the lines of games where you cooperate with yourself, check out Cursor*10 and Cursor*10 2nd, by Yoshio Ishii.

I thought the ending was kind of pedestrian. But otherwise, a really good game.
