Taberinos is a flash game where you bounce a puck off lines to remove them.

I spent way too much time playing this yesterday.

You know, I'm supposed to be going downstairs, getting into the car, and driving across town right now not playing ridiculously addictive flash games in my underwear, right?

Tony Pa games, of which this is one, are some of the most simple and yet addictive games I've played.

I didn't realize this was Tony Pa. I love that guy.

The Tony Pa site has a version without all the Armor plating.

I hated this until I got addicted to it. And then I hated it some more.

Not to enable anyone, but here's a full-screen version.

What if they were human babies? We'd all be crying out that it was child abuse. Anything awful is cute when it happens to geometric shapes, eh?

this game would be similar to pool, if being good at it made you more attractive!

This game is similar to pool, in that occasionally I make a truly brilliant shot and quickly convince myself that was exactly the outcome I had planned all along.

Wait, Carson, you have to put the game into your underpants to play it? That brings a whole new dimension to pocket pool.

And is it Friday already? Where has the week gone?

This game takes on a whole new Rated-M-For-Mature meaning after you read the title/mouseover text from today's xkcd cartoon.

Great tango music, much better than most game sound.

That game is some fun. Why does it remind me of Qix?

Similar-but-different: Gimme Friction Baby

(warning: loud and obnoxious website logo at the beginning)

I was reminded of Gimme Friction Baby, too. There's an iPhone implementation of the game, if you're interested, called Orbital. (One caveat, though: the shots in Orbital have the same velocity as shots in GFB, but they're much faster. This sounds like a minor change, but it makes the game more frenetic and not as thoughtful as GFB.)

Here's hoping this comes to the iPhone...
