Yahoo! Mail adds offers mailto: support. now when you click on mailto: links on a web page, they will load up in yahoo! mail. (check the About Yahoo! Mail column on your mail page for the actual link.)

That would probably be useful if I didn't just use Yahoo's 'Check POP3' functionality for when I was away from my primary computer. I'm sure there are a number of people who might find it useful, however. Yahoo's probably got the best of all the free webmail's i've tried so I'm sure there are people who use it exclusively.

while i don't use this feature, i know some people find it a pain in the booty using webmail when you know you can't just click on a mailto link. so i think this feature's good. of course, i gave up using yahoo for another email service that doesn't support this feature... oh well. my latest email hostname is a lot cooler than "yahoo."
