I'm glad I'm not the only one that makes up words to songs in video games.

Not only are you not the only one, but I thought "That's not the words to those songs!"

I can't remember my/our lyrics but they weren't nearly as wise. More about how I fucking need an l-shape.

jedicus: "It's a double."

The band was mentioned previously (thus the previously link in the FPP), but the video is new and I thought it worth a new post. If not, mods, delete away.

There's an actual russian folk tune the song is based on, and it does indeed have lyrics. I had to sing it in high school choir competition, about 4 years before Tetris came out. It was an odd feeling hearing a song I'd practiced for about a month, coming out of my gameboy.

Wow, it manages to be a commentary on the USSR and Tetris at the same time. The music getting faster as things get more insane is an excellent touch, too!

i liked it much better when it was just a song, it wasn't so painfully goofy.

the acting is more than wooden, but the graphics are interesting.

Needs more Khrushchev and Brezhnev. Also, for the interested seekers of lyrics.

As somebody who just spent the last year teaching this history to wannabe diplomats, I thought this was amazing.
