If you can't complete your own sentences, you probably shouldn't be writing them.

So there I was typing, not seeing any autocomplete suggestions, thinking "well, this is dumb, it doesn't even work!" so I go to leave...and in pausing typing long enough to hit the back button, the autocomplete shows up.
What's the purpose of this? It doesn't work nearly fast enough to be useful for regular keyboard typing.

If you waste a few minutes of your life typing "The" then hitting enter repeatedly, this kind of thing happens. There, I've saved you the time!

I know Google isn't the only company doing this but it does seem to be the one doing it in the most obvious way. It doesn't let failure get in its way, just keeps on doing its thing. Gotta respect that.

I give Google a lot of credit for coming up with new and innovative ways for end users to send them data.
First there was search. Then there was email and chat. Then there was your documents. Then it was all of your web traffic.

I do not think you should try not to publish any free downloads from thousands of cemeteries across the United States. If you want to publish your corpse I have no problem... but, if you do it yourself or hire a brolly, I would recommend that you visit Orlando. Google labs used to have a thing where you could enter a three-item list and then it would expand that list. I've found myself wanting to USE that for PURPOSES, but I think they took it off. What happened to that?

Rather, it gets prudish around blue language. It's never going to suggest "fuck" or a variant thereof, nor will it give you suggestions if you type that in. It seems to be willing to make suggestions for a text containing "fuck" once you get several tokens away from the offending word.
You can see this same prudishness in the autocomplete offerings of the main google search bar.

Here's what they're all doing today to kill time. They're taking care of elderly and chronically infected animals; and when you go to the website, it makes sense to have a significant negative correlation with the severity of the disorder. But that's not why I'm sorry. The video has been added to your playlist, and more specifically, some of the biggest blunders are made available by those who would otherwise require multiple doses of methamphetamine.

Fascinating. Some suggestions do change over time. I tried "His name is" (hoping for Robert Paulson) about twenty minutes ago and got something rambling and vaguely malevolent. This time I got:
His name is not deleted from the database and then used to calculate these values for their respective teams and may not be able to see this on the map or by adding a new direction for their European operations in Norway and Sweden and their associated costs and benefits of these changes is the addition of these two types of information that is not appropriate for all users of the catalogue
OTOH, "My name is" still gets "Tomislav Kuzmic". I would google him to see who he is, but I think I rather prefer the mystery.

Oddly enough, google scribe seems to shutdown and fail to make any more suggestions once you try to Goodwin with it. Try it - type "Hitler". No more autocomplete.
