Much cuter than I thought it would be. Especially Spider-Cat.

Does what it says on the tin and such.

I'd totally be down for a Catvengers movie.

You like Marvel characters. Hell yeah.
You like Marvel characters as cats. Meh

At this very moment (before Midnight EST), Lar DeSouza of "Least I Could Do" infamy is drawing The Fantastic Fur vs. Dogtor Doom on a live webcast.

And not yet on the blog is Stan Kit Tee by Marvel Artist Chris Eliopoulos.

I love how this started as a Twitter meme (hashtag #MRVLCATS) and how many Marvel people are involved (that Agent X blogger works for Marvel too). And Adam Koford, of course.

I have a shirt of the marvel characters as gorillas. It totally rules. I guess it was an actual comic. It's pretty lost on me.

You like cats. You like Marvel characters. You like Marvel characters as cats.

I like cats. Marvel characters I could take or leave. That third thing is exactly backwards.

I'm not a big fan of either Cats or Marvel, but this is far funnier than the sum of its parts.

"Cats as Marvel Characters" sounds more correct-er to me, I dunno its driving me crazy

Am I the only person who is deeply disappointed that these aren't pictures of cats dressed up as Marvel characters? The vicarious humiliation would have been the wake-up I needed this morning.

oh man, now I think its "Marvel Characters as Cats". I am going crazy. Going to sleep now.

If this post was fair and balanced, AS IT SHOULD BE, then there was link to a page about Marvel Characters as dogs, which are superior pets.

No.

Internet is for cats.

As someone who never much liked or understood Mr. Sinister (one of those "loosely defined powers" characters that suck so much), this is perfect.

Is this more up your alley then?

Internet is for cats.

True. Dog's natural media outlet is America's Funniest Home Videos (or your country's equivalent).

Mr. Sinister is doing ...something, er, sinister... With a jar of genes! (probably involving fucking about with Scott Summers and Gene Grey, it usually is)

dgaicun, that's three DC characters there. He said Marvel.

Speaking of DC, is this cheating?

Okay, someone define "fixy" please?

I looked it up at Urban Dictionary, and found the entry there... Rather less than helpful.

Caterrific! I really like the Hulkat one. And Spider-Cat. And the Lockheeds.

This goes to the front page of the blog; later, the MRVLCATS tag will be useful to see the topic at hand.

pla: Okay, someone define "fixy" please?

They meant fixie, a bike without gearshifts, popular amongst hipsters.
