Wait, isn't being happy sort if missing the point for Smiths fans?

They're allowed to be happy ironically.

No, we are not happy ironically.

Instead, we sigh for what might have been. We briefly recall better times. There is only one iron here: under the iron bridge we kissed, and although I ended up with sore lips, it just wasn't like ... the old days anymore ...

Dan Brown Jr.'s 2050 novel "The MoRrissey Code," will involve rearranging Morrisey's solo release song titles into a novel that reveals his secret, long-lost cache of James Dean memorabilia.

You are the son and the heir of nothing in particular.

/mumbles something about "bloody immigrants" spoiling it all.

I wish I could stop listening to this on repeat.

I always thought Girlfriend in a Coma should sound more like a Wailers song.

I've come to wish you an un-merry Christmas, because you're evil, and you lie.

That Queen Is Dead sounds like the studio version, down to the Blighty sample in the beginning.

Now now, if you must write prose and poems, the words you use should be your own; don't plagiarize or take on loan.

I've been on a Smiths kick lately. This is perfect timing.

I haven't been on a Smiths kick lately, which also makes this perfect timing...now I can get on one.

I've never, not been on a Smiths kick, since sometime in 1984, and boy, am I tired...

I've been on a Smiths kick since I saved the $3.00 an hour I earned as a grocery bagger at ShopRite to buy a large, very heavy, and very expensive Compact Disc player, and a CD of Louder Than Bombs to play in it...

and heaven knows I'm miserable now.

I saw this on another site. Great find. I thought they just got better and better and the majority of Strangeways pointed to even getting better but it wasn't to be.

Nice seeing Marr play live with Hans Zimmer and an orchestra (and in studio) for Inception (Part 1, Part 2).

Marr is quite charming when he talks about music. I can see why he likes to collaborate and his collaboration with Morrisey was incredible.
