Fernando Vicente creates his own Body Worlds*, shows what makes people tick, gets under their skin, and appeals to dignity and prurience. Also, he has a blog. Reminds me of Boris Artzybasheff and Yoshitomo Nara for different reasons. via strange maps

These are fanstastic illustrations! Although I have to admit for about five seconds I was super excited that someone made a post about Fernando Vicoconte . . . guess I'll have to do it myself one of these days.

Some of those are really neat. The pinups were interesting for their playfulness with form and were both less revealing and more enticing than most nude photography that I see.

I love his portraits of 20th century literary and art stars.

I like this. However, I must admit when I first read Fernando Vicente, I saw Vicente Fernández. My Mexicana ex-girlfriend would melt when his songs would play. I loved the man's sombrero collection. He could rock those hats like a boss.
