I can't wait until Cage becomes governor of some godforsaken place.

He needs to express himself more when acting.

Speaking of Homestuck, I've been flipping out all over the last few updates.

I browse Homestuck rapidly every single day, but the plot began soaring over my head about a year and a half ago. I'm not sure why I press on, but I do. Mostly I just briefly appreciate the artwork and superficial jokes, skipping right over the dense, abstruse chat logs.

Also, while the "ironic" vocal tracks are really annoying, all of the Homestuck albums are fun to listen to. No. 5 is my favorite.

The evolution of Nic Cage's hair.

Does it not seem like his hair is trying to distance itself from him?

I know the large amount of text with weird quasi-leet-speak conventions puts some people off, but I do think they're worth persevering with. I read Homestuck everyday and it just baffles me how Andrew is able to keep so many plates spinning with such éclat. It's a gripping, witty, complex story with great artwork, great music and really original interactive bits, and the plot has just taken another huge, lurching twist that has me on the edge of my seat. /fanboy

His hair is trying to get a nice quiet role in a low-budget indie.

I could never stay mad at the Nicholas Cage of Raising Arizona, Moonstruck, Wild at Heart, Con Air, The Rock, Face/Off, Adaptation and The National Treasure movies. It's just too much. I just love him too much!

Despite all my rage I am still just Nicolas Cage.

I don't know the exact number of times I watched Valley Girl as a teenager, but I know it was enough to forgive Nicholas Cage for all his sins.

When I first read the comic, I did pretty much that -- skimming the chatlogs and resigning myself to having a superficial idea of what was going on.

Halfway through my reread, I can now say with confidence: you should read the chat logs. In a comic that has no word bubbles, and which confines all dialog to chat trascript form, said transcripts are where pretty much everything of consequence takes place in terms of the characters. I'm enjoying myself much more this time around, and weirdly, the extra time spent on reading makes consuming the archives seem like less of a slog.

I promise the trolls get easier to read with practice.

Also, while I'm offering Homestuck-related advice: don't read the formspring. Some things are best left mysterious, including the temperment and Opinions of certain webcomics creators.

What movie is that where he screams the alphabet at a woman in New York? That looks pretty fantastic.

It's from the horrifically bad movie "Vampire's Kiss".
