There are many picture blogs, but there is only one SidewaysPony. As one regular user so aptly put it, this ingeneously simple site is "the most repulsively, exquisitely, disastrously, wonderfully addictive little corner of the internet." [poss. nsfw]

It's got a similar theme to but better interface than randomimage.us.

Seems like it'd be a good site to go to when insanely bored.

So I do a search for "pony" on Sideways pony. I expected to see a meme picture like this. I didn't expect to see anything like this (NWS?), but in retrospect, I probably should have.

Interesting how much of a difference context makes. This one, within the context of SidewaysPony, made me laugh quite a bit (I like the absurd stuff). But when I went to visit the artist's site and saw it on a field of white among his other work, I actually found it kinda poignant.
