This person is very smug about their wasteful, time consuming, and messy food format.

This person is Vi Hart and she makes a huge series of "fun math and geometry tricks" videos, so this is a continuation of a series she did on paper hexaflexagons. Her dad is George Hart who runs the Museum of Math.

It's also interesting, doing this with applying guacamole to it makes it easier for me to see what's going on with the geometry of the object - coloring it in with markers has never done that for some reason, but my brain is able to focus in a different way on the question, "will this contain a gooey substance?"

She puts the texamexagon onto a plate with other food at the end. I assume that means she didn't waste it.
Vi Hart is definitely inspiring actual kids (and adults) with her videos. My kids hang on her every word and watch the videos over and over, try her projects and everything.

I was going to berate you for hiding the fact that this was a Vi Hart video -- since I might have missed it -- but the instant delight on play was worth it and maybe even better.

Her tortillas seems to be made out of some wonderful material that doesn't crack or rip at the slightest touch.
Alternatively, I need to buy better tortillas.
