As a trans person, I should probably know which five countries those are off hand, you know? Just in case I decide to take one of those "we'll go where the dart lands" vacations.

They don't really have a lot about rights that primarily affect trans people - gender identity recognition, anti-discrimination on gender, access to surgery, etc. A batch of the South Asian countries would have colour markings because of this.
