Plans for Post-War Iraqi Government From the Guardian UK. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss....
Here is another article about disagreements in the post war planning.
Also, a BBC profile of Ahmed Chalabi, identified as a potential key player in post war Iraq.
This doesn't bode well for how he will get along with an important neighbor though:
"There are also allegations of financial misdemeanours. In 1992, he was sentenced in absentia by a Jordanian court to 22 years in prison with hard labour for bank fraud after the 1990 collapse of Petra Bank, which he had founded in 1977".

Um, the under the plan, the new boss won't be the same as the old boss, seing as the old boss is supposed to be um, dead.
In fact, as I read it, the piece reports that the INC, and Chalabi in particular, are being sidelined into advisory jobs:
Mr Chalabi had envisaged becoming prime minister in an interim government, and is disappointed that no such post is included in the US plan.
But why let the facts get in the way of a good gripe session?

Haha. Obviously NO solution would float your boat. Perhaps some balast adjustment to level her out.
