Shit! They must have just taken it down, cuz I just watched it. You can watch it from the second link as well.

The trailer is on the second link. The full film is 6 minutes long. If you want it, it's all over the P2P networks, like 72 MB or such.
But I think the huge booklet is as much part of the work as the movie itself is. So, buy it.

Not to be a spoilsport, but is that first link the actual whole 7 minute movie ? I mean, the one just released and available for sale on DVD ?
That said, Cunningham an RDJ are the perfect match. Glad I watched it during daylight and not alone in the dark.

love that it took him four years to finish a (shitty) seven minute film.
and that he's SELLING said shitty film.

What the hell was that about?! Scary monster stuff, but that's cool. IIRC, Cunningham did the very strange Playstation ads a good few years back (in the UK at least). I'd watch it again, but I need to sleep tonight.
Great link though, muchos gracias

What a lot of people miss about Aphex is that his stuff is laugh-out-loud (capital L-O-L) funny. Seriously. Check out the first bit. Macabre and funny, like a nightmare.

uh, same as just about everyone else in this thread. you didn't happen to miss the very first link in this post, did you?
besides, even better that i didn't spend nearly $20 on a shitty seven minute film, isn't it?

I think it's cool, not sure it should've taken 4 years though (I've been reading about it forever, it feels like.)
The cool stuff is the lo-tech things, like when he squashes his face on a pane of glass with various pieces of intestine and such. That's very effective.

Which is rather handy, as it means I can buy it. Must be something wrong with me to find something incredibly entertaining after your insightful, eloquent analysis proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that it has no value.
Cheers for the preview, afx114.

Frickin' sweet. Cunningham is a genius. He apparently got his first gig running the special effects team for Alien 3 when he was, I think, 20. Since then he's mostly been doing his own, weird shit. Love it.

A good friend of mine (Jonathan Newman) did two of the arrangements for that "Acoustica" album. Alarm Will Sound is doing the whole album live in a few days in NYC at The Allen Room - check it out.
I loved this video. Played it for my coworkers. Freaked them out.

Holly jebus sucking cripes - that Alarm Will Sound stuff is tremendous!
I had my hands over my mouth in a primitive effort to calm myself but OMG!
Twin's got to be hopping mad he didn't try this first. They're probably better than the originals.
If I weren't sitting at a desk, I'd probably have to skip.
Thank you very, very much for the link

Well for four years work its a bit underwhelming, but its freaky in its own way... liked the odd baby thing that comes up first... probly should get on and make a proper film now though...

Several years ago Cunningham was slated to direct the film version of Neuromancer, and was enthusiastically supported by William Gibson himself. But The Matrix came along and the film was scrapped.
