Dang, doesn't seem to be working

It took about 30 seconds for it to start for me (luckily I left it open in one window while I was trying other browsers, and suddenly it was playing).

Yup, working fine for me. I'm a half hour in, and seem to have spontaneously grown a dashiki and a lot of clunky silver jewelry.

This is great stuff -- thanks!

Oh, awesome! Spiritual jazz isn't usually isn't in my wheelhouse but I'd trust Aquarium Drunkard with my firstborn so I'm gonna be listening to this today.

It started playing for me after I disabled Adblock and Flashblock, but after about four seconds it tells me an error occurred. Tried it in another browser and it counts up to 4 or 5 seconds with no audio but then the count goes back to zero. It's a shame cause this is right up my alley. Hopefully it's just getting hammered with MeFi plays and will work better later.

And just after I posted that it started playing...

The player is acting up for me, and there's no download button that it seems should have appeared once I shared it on Google Plus, so I don't feel too bad about trawling through the page source and getting the download link.

It started right up for me – and I listened to the first hour or so before posting – but the direct download link at Aquarium Drunkard doesn't seem to do anything.

Seems like the archive.org CDN is a bit flaky. I've mirrored it, just waiting for the transcode to finish.

This is incredible.

I'm surprised there are so many songs. I would have expected 12 hours of spiritual jazz to be 10-15 songs.

oh man, i downloaded that stanley crouch album a while back, and haven't yet listened -- the the idea of hearing 9 hours of music just to GET to the crouch track is perversely appealing. i'll go this route!

the ideal companion to this (fantastic-sounding) collection, it seems to me, would be a psych-jazz-funk mix of equal length: 70s miles, mwandishi, mclaughlin, julian priester, gary bartz, roy ayers, horacee arnold...

Only 90 minutes in and this absolutely fabulous. I don't know what I was expecting, but I did not imagine it would be this cool. "Spiritual Jazz" scared me off a bit, but "Aquarium Drunkard" made me take the chance. Thanks!
