Vita and the Woolf are a newish duo enjoying growing, deserved acclaim. Vita and the Woolf are Jennifer Pague and Adam Shumski, and they're riding a rising tide of acclaim for their carefully layered songs and intense performances.

Friends who were eager to see Rasputina on their current tour kept writing about how this opening band was totally stealing the show. That was hard to believe, and then another friend posted that YT link and it floored me. Thought for sure someone would already have posted them here, but no! So glad others here enjoyed them, too.

They have a few more dates left on their current tour - mostly Midwest & the South - and I'm going to stay on the lookout for dates near me when that's done. I hope many others do the same.

That video sounds like Carol King, Janis Joplin, and Buffalo Bill had a love child. I liked it. A cover on the Geenskeepers' Lotion would be divine.
