We may well see a crew leave for ISS from Kennedy Space Center in mid to late May. While NASA hedged their bets at the time of that announcement, saying “The agency will continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the agency’s chief health and medical officer and communicate any updates that may impact mission planning or media access, as they become available" there has been no further announcement of a delay for the planned mission.

COVID-19 has pushed other planned launch dates back, for example, the SpaceX/Falcon9 launch of GPS III-3 that was originally scheduled for late April is now no earlier than June 30th so it's not unreasonable to think the Crewed Dragon launch will be delayed as well.

Anime, a story point is that orbiting astronauts escaped the cataclysm that hit the earth and then came back and started up a bit of civilization that some thousands of years later cataclysm survivors woke-up and found. Sorta the standard hero protagonist recreating civilization from scratch sort of thing, but not too awful. Think the Professor from Gilligan's Island.
