Sometimes I am agog at the things people think to combine.

Toy Story 1 already has a shout-out to The Shining in it.

FWIW, I thought that Toy Story 3 was creepier than The Shining. The combination of giant creepy baby and screaming cymbal monkey made it Grade A Nightmare Fuel.

I'm calling hoax. I've heard, time and again, that the iPad is a tool for consumption, not production.

I like how they had to quickly invent "Attic Mode" to cover the creepy implications of sentient immortal toys.

This is hilarious. Enjoyed the lamp placement in frame #11, nice Pixar in-joke.

It's REALLY trippy once you start seeing the plastic Indians in all of the background shots.

Who needs The Shining? The part of Toy Story 3 where the toys avoid being crushed is terrifying enough.

I especially liked the monkey bartender. Somebody's been drinking on shift.

"There's a snake in my boot.

The cats were alerted by the laughter.

Excellent concept, brilliant execution, and hard-to-believe craftsmanship. I haven't played with the Brushes app very much, but I had no idea it was capable of these kinds of results.

That video illustrating the process is awesome all by itself. This makes me want to play with my stylus and iPad, even though I'm not nearly so talented. Thanks for posting this.
