It is legal to protest naked in front of city hall as long as you are under seventeen years of age and have legal permits.
- Those sick city hall people
One may not pee in his neighbor's mouth.
- Awww. Why not?
Humming on public streets is prohibited on Sundays.

It is considered an offense to attempt to have sex with one's dog.

A man with a moustache may not kiss a woman.

I guess the "Dumb" part is pretty subjective...

It is illegal to smoke cigarettes within 15 feet of a public place unless you have a Class 12 liqueur license.

That was only passed about 4 years ago. :-)

"The owners of houses with Christmas lights on them past February second may be fined up to $250." (San Diego, CA)

Yet I still see blinking Christmas lights in July. What's up with that?

Maybe the pretty lights are worth the fine.

The Japanese win. I remember reading that there was no age of consent in Japan, now they have changed that to 13. This explains why all Japanese porn sites are full of women in school uniforms, or so i've heard.

And don't forget:

It's illegal to smoke marijuana in the privacy of your own home.

Whew. I am still without a bed in my new apartment and I was thinking about buying one this Sunday. That's a no-go in Washington. Since I'm a vegetarian I don't have to worry about it being illegal to buy meat on Sunday. I have no idea how to conceal a weapon on my person in Seattle that is six feet long.
