Brooke Bolander proves she can write non-depressing things with The Tale of the Three Beautiful Raptor Sisters and the Prince Who Was Made of Meat, a wonderful and inspiring fairy tale for young raptor chicks and also witches.

This was just awesome. I love the point-of-view of the story, and the tone and it definitely has a satisfyingly happy ending.

This was such a delight to read. I started skimming the first paragraph during a meeting and got so into it that I tuned everything out and ignored the moment I was supposed to present something
