Enron had a fake trading room on the 6th floor. [via D] This whole Enron thing is really turning into something. First the WH, then Cheney is being sued, now smoke and mirrors; I'm telling you, Enron is at a theatre near you before 2006.
one would hope scarabic...one would hope. It can't all have been for nothing. And it could earn the movie an R rating, which is always helpful.
I'm waiting for the surviving enron execs to unzip their costumes and reveal that they are alien invaders, sent to destabilize the earth's economy. That would make more sense than all of this other strange, strange junk they were doing.

Not enough car chases. No breasts. All the dialogue is "I plead the fifth." Oh yeah. They'll be lined up around the block to see this one.

At Williams, I've seen a number of non-traders with offices in the trading floor. Looks like they wanted the room to look busy. The huge electronic trading sign is a plus.

I wonder if they got the idea from The Grifters? Or is this something to be found in other large corporations?
