"I guess zose free were no match fow woo, wet me be wour opponent now." "Mr. Lee, this tower's beginning to look like YOUR TOMBSTONE!" [slashdot] Behold Audio Atrocities, graveyard of the worst voice acting ever. I emplore you to sample these into some rockin' club beat. Possibly over this incredible Super Mario Bros 2 Jazz Tune [hosted by game revolution] from Estradasphere.

That Super Mario Bros 2 Jazz tune is basically "Take the A Train" chords with a truly lousy melody and silly arrangement; if you listen to the piano, though, it's A Train all the way.

heh, when I got my Sega Genesis, I hooked it up wrong, so there was no picture. But there was sound, and strangely enough, it kept saying what sounded like "TUUN OVV!" So my brother and I kept turning it off again, thinking we'd offended it somehow.

Finally, Dad came in and adjusted the wires in the back. The whole time, the game was actually saying "POAA UHH!", because the demo for Altered Beast had the guy picking up a POAA UHH... I mean, a power-up.

Soul Blade had some pretty memorable sounds, too - mostly because the local arcade had the speaker on it cranked up. You'd be playing something else on the other end of the arcade, and you'd still get interrupted every three minutes by "SOO... BWAY!"

Note to developers: don't have the game announce itself if the game can't properly say its own name.
