I read to the end and agree with every word other than I don't know any of these people or sites, so I question their fame.

This is just a disguised hit piece of Internet drama.

It didn't seem disguised to me.

Did Tim Buckley have sex with a minor? (If so, how do we know?)

Coal dust on his tightie-whities.

Yeah, this needs clarification on who (which) Tim Buckley. The title of this post (which most people don't see) gives a hint. I'm guessing this: http://www.cad-comic.com/

Anyway, the usual tempest in a teapot.

Umm...I feel like I've missed the context for this. Did Tim Buckley have sex with a minor? (If so, how do we know?)

As I recall, he was sending naked pictures to underage people on his forums and requesting the same in return.

I will say this, though. The Nostalgia Chick did provide a stunning example of an exception to a rule that I held dearly. I used to believe that no matter the circumstance, no matter the trimester, anybody should be able to get an abortion whenever they want. But when she intentionally got pregnant specifically to get an abortion, just to produce the material for a documentary about the strain this put on her family ... that's the line.

wait, what? That's probably worth a post. All I know about that whole crew comes from TV Tropes fawning over them.

Man, I really wish I'd seen the title of this post.

imagine my confusion when i thought that tim buckley had died long before the internet was a gleam in al gore's eye

I think this is a terribly argued piece more interested in taking potshots at sites and people the writer dislikes than any kind of real investigations into the challenges of managing online communities and celebrity.

It's a nasty, gossipy post about as shallow as a bedpan and the contents just as savory.

So you would now support banning abortion altogether, right? Because that's the only way you can prevent a woman from having a 'stunt pregnancy' specifically for the purpose of having an abortion, sadly.

I call bullshit unless you provide a cite.

OK, I've only read one sentence of the link so far, but I've got to say "humans being" is the worst case of hypercorrection I've ever seen and this post deserves all kinds of fame just for that!

Humans Being is just like surgeons general.

Thanks for the post title, I was about to be real mad. I don't read CAD so I'm just gonna link to Strange Feeling, which is one of my favorite songs.
