Muammar Gaddafi reported to be either captured or killed. Reports are still coming in, but it is clear that after a gunbattle in the town of Sirte, the Libyan leader is either captured or dead.

I really hope this one gets a trial.

There is no way the Americans would allow that to happen.

Given the facts on hand, I don't think anything is particularly clear nor those two outcomes the only possible results.
