Badmitten between Paine and Dilworth...

Occupy Philly moved across the street... and back. Occupy Philly voted to move across the street from Dilworth Plaza to Thomas Paine Plaza so construction could start. They started to move... and police ordered them back, despite eviction notices up at Dilworth.

The police ordered them back because Thomas Paine plaza is dangerously ugly.
