The right to have the "first kiss" is raffled off among sailors. Petty Officer Gaeta won the raffle after buying 50 $1 tickets, fewer than many of her fellow naval officers.
Two female sailors in the United States Navy have celebrated the repeal of the controversial "don't ask, don't tell" laws by sharing the coveted first kiss on a Virginia pier after one of them returned from 80 days at sea.
