This is a bottle of Radithor, which I won't touch because the cork is quite radioactive.

The world's first Periodic Table Table.

Some people collect stamps. Wolfram Research co-founder and author Theo Gray (has some other wood projects) collects elements. Step into his office, and you'll see a silicon disc engraved with Homer Simpson, a jar of mercury, uranium shells and hundreds of other chemical artifacts. But his real DIY masterpiece is the world's first "periodic table table." Within this masterfully constructed table-top lay samples of nearly every element (includes iced biscuits) known to science, minus the super-radioactive ones.

This is a particularly cool video though. I don't remember previous posts showing such an extensive look at his collection.

It is a very cool new video. Also, when I get old I want to marry this man, or at least a future equivalent of him.

"Theres a bunch of stuff in here, its not terribly well organized. This is a bottle of Radithor, which I won't touch because the cork is quite radioactive. This is one of my favorite Tungsten samples, its a ear weights, if you have a dog breed which whose ears are meant to hang down you can spread wax on the inside of the ear and sprinkle this powder on and that will supposedly make the ears lie flat."

Wait what?!?

"This is a bottle of Radithor, which I won't touch because the cork is quite radioactive."

Yeah that. I'm totally with heyho.

This should be installed flush with the floor, but occasionally is raised up to table height. Then you would have a Periodic Periodic Table Table.
