Assange On Manning's Trial

"Imagine you're in Manning's court, on trial for murder. You'd be banned from showing it was self-defence, because any evidence as to intent is banned. You couldn't show that the ’victim’ is, in fact, still alive, because that would be evidence as to the lack of harm."
