Class action suit against GMail's scanning of mail for ad placement... Well, it appears a group of people lodged a class action suit against Google, claiming the mail content scanning for ad delivery was unclearly defined and thus was somewhat like wiretapping.
My big worry about this is that they already closed down Reader, and, as soon as GMail stops being a potential/current profit center, they might close down GMail too. Seriously, no one knew about Google checking your mail for ad fodder?
