Nov 19-24th is the Trans-Pacific Partnership summit The summary at Techdirt is worse than the ACTA. Like WikiLeaks or not, for whatever reason they seem to have the goods VS any kind of dialogue between citizens and the people who are negotiating the international agreement on behalf of the citizens. As Metafilter is international - did any of you know about the terms before, say, 12 hours ago? If so, what nation is actually communicating with its citizens on trade terms like the TPP?

I'm hoping someone will have some kind of chart or timeline about how this spread from its 1st posting on the Internet until the 30 day window on this post closes to see if there is any kind of lesson to be had about the power or lack thereof of the people and "information wanting to be free".
