A butcher's response to a PETA protest billboard erected to face his Butcher shop and restaurant. Hey, I don't eat a lot of meat, but I was VERY impressed by how this thoughtful and well-articulated response was worded, handled, and presented. It represents civility, maturity, respect, and fairness that I only wish was evident in more instances of differences of opinions and value clashes we are so often encountering in society. To me it was more about the way the response was handled than it was about the issue of slaughtering animals for human consumption.
