Accidental suicide?

More than one person thinks that Robin Williams actually died from autoerotic asphyia. If so, it would be one more in sadly growing list of prominent accidental suicides. He never seemed that depressed. He didn't leave a note. Maybe he was seeking a private thrill, and things went terribly wrong.
