Who are the best cartoon characters of all times? It is one of the most difficult question to ask, because there are so many legendary cartoon characters worth mentioning. Villains, superheroes, anthropomorphic animals and common cartoon characters with fun personalities, there are various cartoon characters and they all have in mission to put a big smile on kids' faces. But not only the kids are the ones who love cartoon series and moves, there are many parents who enjoy watching cartoon series and movies with their kids and it is not something to be ashamed of. Here are some of the best cartoon characters of all times, loved by both kids and their parents.
