The 80's were a weird time for cartoons. These days, they all seem to blend together into something like DASH SWORDSLASH AND THE DEFENDERS OF EVERYTHING! (By the power of SLYT!)

A personal request - out of curiosity, I'd love to see a comprehensive list of 80's He-Man-likes.

Also, I remember reading a comic book about one - I don't remember if it was based on a TV show. I haven't been able to find out about it and it's driving me nuts. The villain had a bird head that looked like a mask but when one of his servants feeds him a either a grape of a wiggling worm (I forget which), he opens his beak. The issue I read was about a late 19th or early 20th century time traveller whose technology is undetectable by the methods used in the future because it runs on, as he victoriously calls it after the helps the heroes slip under the bad guy's defences, 'boring/ordinary old electricity!'

Had to nope right out at "half boy, half girl, all man."

And this is why we can't have nice things.
