Washington Post New U.S. Conservative Govt. Intends Massive Deregulation : One Industry Desperately Hopes to be Included.

Current U.S. Political Climate is Divided in more ways than one

In the United States of America aka “The Free World.” Americans have participated in the creation of an even stronger political divide than they had been experiencing prior to the 2016 Presidential Election results - perhaps falling prey to the very system we all criticize for every problem the nation currently endures. An increase and expansion of “Social & Political Divisiveness” is now sure to follow. Now that there will be a republican majority controlling the outcome of voting decisions by government officials, much of the progress made by Democrats will be undone, yet also many of their mistakes may be reversed.

Taking this into account, here has been countless reports in the U.S. Informing the general public of how Republicans are strategically mapping out their far-right restructuring of U.S. policies. It could be referred to as nearly a rebranding of the entire nation’s economic regulations. Typically, under a Democratic Party-controlled U.S. government, there tend to be a number of regulations passed in order to prevent specific situations depending on the industry.

Often times, economic regulations are implemented through government involvement in order to protect consumers and guarantee safety standards. While some other government regulations restrict commodity supplies and set tariffs to control or limit competition.

The process of a large-scale conservative agenda consisting of sweeping deregulation can be worrisome to Democrats within the American political system. However, in a number of industries, currently there is widespread support and an overall personal preference for seeing a number of measures take place where deregulation may be a necessary feature to ensuring the preservation of their business and product lines.

An Industry Largely in Favor of Deregulation From Fear of Elimination

The best example of such a scenario would be the young, yet innovatively enthusiastic vapor product industry. These consumer products were initially said to have been introduced to consumers near the start of the 21st Century, yet vapor products were released in the U.S. marketplace almost 10 years ago - at that time vapor products were primarily referred to as “e-cigarettes.”

Among Government officials and agencies as well as public health groups, we will always see them refer to these products as electronic-cigarettes. This seems to serve as a political tactic in order to maintain the illusion that vapor products are merely a duplication or extension of traditional tobacco cigarettes and the unpleasant dangers that accompany the abuse of combustible tobacco.

Those who use vapor products are known today as “vapers.” It has become an intense topic of conversation throughout the Vaping community, as countless Vapers cannot wait to see some form of deserved justice for their beloved vapor products. Why? Just in case some may be unaware, but the FDA has instituted unnecessary restrictions on vape merchandise, which could wipe out 99.9% of all vapor products. This act is identical to placing a prohibition of products that millions of Americans use and also refer to as efficient “harm-reduction” tools.

Vape Industry Has Developed a Justified Distrust of the Democratic Party

From one single voting session previously held by the House Appropriations Committee on April 16th, 2016 all but one Republican voted in a manner that was in favor of supporting the Amendment that essentially delayed destruction of the vapor industry while all but three Democrats voted in a manner that could have been damaging to the entire vaping culture. Democrats in the U.S. have become widely known for never taking small businesses into consideration throughout their policy making decisions. The Republican Party, however, are typically recognized as the political authority who actually support American small business.

The vaping industry has been forced to support the GOP due to Democratic representatives expressing outrageous statements. Many Democrats opposed the April 16 House Appropriations Committee amendment, as Nita Lowey (D-NY) described it as a “misguided and dangerous” amendment that “would likely increase cancer rates.”

Now those are some very bold claims, most likely based on unsubstantiated gossip due to the fact that it is absolutely the truth that vapor products have never caused a single death nor been linked to any fatal disease. Maybe this Democrat was confused with the easily accessible and widely understood information proving that smoking cigarettes causes more death than war and natural disasters combined on a yearly basis. The majority of worldwide citizens comprehend the concept that Smoking cigarettes can be the primary catalyst of a cancer or emphysema diagnosis.

The April 16th House Appropriations Committee Vote

The Vaping Post has been covering information regarding the legislation of the U.S. Vapor industry with precision for quite some time now. Writer Jerome Harlay, shared valuable information on May 5th, 2016 by writing, “The House Appropriations Committee voted in favor of an amendment, the Cole/Bishop bipartisan amendment, that would modernize the predicate date for vapor products and stop the FDA from banning 99%-plus of vapor products on the market”

All it takes is one piece of legislation in Congress for the Democrats to reveal that their position on vaping products is not at all beneficial to the vapor industry. They never seem to take into account the thousands of jobs the vapor industry provides for American citizens. With this absent sense of empathetic consideration for the working class, the vape community generally tends to despise the policies of Left-Wing Politicians.

What’s even more odd is the fact that the Democratic Party is so illogically willing to oppose such a life-changing, health improving, technological advancing and innovatively industrious culture dedicated to making the act of smoking entirely obsolete.

For all those industries hoping for the “Trump Regime Cult Administration” - however one may choose to describe this possible era of tyrannical rule in America, the Russian appointed President of American Conservative fanatics and their far right leaning agenda could either prove to be fruitful for the economy while other policies could ruin lives all across the globe. Let’s hope this is not the case, as I fully support deregulation in the sense of the unconstitutional FDA restrictions placed on vapor products, yet there are many other areas of policy I surely do not believe are in the best interest of the American people.

Whatever the turnout shall be in the long run, only time will tell, however, there is something an Economics Professor once told me that I always remembered and it always made complete sense. That statement is: “Deregulation can easily become another form of Regulation”
