My name is John and I am... choose your format (Quicktime, WinMedia, RealAudio to watch John's movie about how he made the "switch" (not a computer switch). What was the most important switch in your life?

We all make mistakes. I wish I had delete buttons for my last two FPP's, which is why I decided to wait until my one-year membership anniversary to post to the front page again.

The point is that if a link has already been posted, as it was two weeks ago, you shouldn't post it again. There is a search page at Metafilter (look at the top of this page for the link) so you can check whether a topic has been posted as a Front Page Post (FPP), or in a comment. You should always check with the search utility before making a FPP. Things shouldn't be posted again and again just because one person may not have seen it. (BTW, this is not directed at you, bureau.) Is that what you are asking, semper?
