Prescription For Disaster?

This set of instructions came with the prescription that I picked up at Drug Emporium, a national pharmacy chain here in the United States. It includes such gems as "This includes medicine that contain a PLAN ON BECOMING PREGNANT". The pharmacist tells me that they get "20 complaints a day" about it. Is this a lawsuit waiting to happen?
