Matt or Jess, please remove the self-link but keep the original post. It's good stuff, despite the blatant violation.

the Voice just had a story on how people are still affected by the toxic stuff from 9/11. Dusted--Long after 9-11, some people say the dust is still making them sick. Now they want the EPA to do something about it.

360 put the text of Cover-up: toxic waters 'will make New Orleans unsafe for a decade' in the blog entry due to a problem linking to the article. Let's see if my link works.

The Independent link isn't working for me, but the article is also at Common Dreams.
(Incidentally, they're also running a surprisingly apt letter to America as a battered wife. " He treats you like crap, lies to you, abuses you, bullies you, exploits you, takes your money. As a friend I want to tell you that you deserve better. You deserve a person that treats you with respect, cares about your welfare, and your children’s welfare, but that’s not George and it never will be. Do you tell yourself that he’ll stop, or that it won’t get worse? ... Notice how he’s alienated all your friends?")
