Seriously though, it's just not even a good re-edit. He still comes a cross as a sympathetic, because evocation doesn't match the "script" the editor went for. Now here is an example of a good "mashup"

Hmm, the video seems to be a little bit suspect, kind of Max Headroom-ish. And, for once, I was happy for the crappy video quality so I didn't have to look through his nose and at his brain.

Delmoi's Blair mashup/remix is much better. Reminds me of the Thatcher "Acid Party" rave track that was around in the early 90s.

A mashup and a remix are two different things. This is a remix because re-edits a single source of media. A mashup combines two or more sources.

Don't let the naysayers deter you. Rather, use the rage and anger you feel because of your FPP being dissed to strengthen your resolve to come up with a KILLER FPP!
I say this as the proud presenter of 2 stellar FPPs myself! I share my vast experience and wisdom with you. And yet, I learn from you as well! Namely, I will post a crappy FPP, so that delmoi will enter the comments thread with a link superior to my own! Brilliant strategy! I can't wait to use it! Everyone wins!
