New Collarless Cat Flap

Pet Porte If you are having problems with other cats getting in your house and stealing your own cats food or spraying your walls and furniture the new "Pet Porte" microchip cat flap may help. Invented by a vet in Guernsey called David Chamberlain, this novel new cat door can actually recognise your cat by reading his or her microchip implant. It works well with the Bayer Tracer and Identichip RFID tags commonly used in the United Kingdom. The cat flap has special locking mechanisms near the base of the strong plastic door that unlock only for your cat. Other invading cats are at last locked firmly outside where they belong!

Since getting this cat flap my own two kittens have been a lot more confident and not displayed any signs of stress or aggression towards each other but have defended their territory on the back garden.

The Pet Porte also has a night mode that can automatically lock the door at night time which is ideal if you like your cats to stay inside at night. It opens again first thing in the morning so they can go out and play before breakfast.

The microchip cat flap is the best invention I've found for cats.

Will this stop those other cats from eating my cat's SPAM? Cause my cat really loves SPAM.

I'm mostly worried about my cat's SPAM.

Will this door help with that? I mean, with my cat's SPAM?

Cats have other ways of getting in your house besides the traditional front door.

Oh, and JW? I think "You are about to unleash your true potential!"

Wow, what a deal! I was wondering, could I try this product risk free for 14 days and, if by some act of god, I am not 100% satisfied, can I have my purchase refunded in full with no questions asked? I mean as a guarantee in addition to my statutory rights. This is the perfect thing for cats!

Does this also work with mods? I'm tired of those hep cats with their fancy mopeds and crazy finger snapping wrecking up the place!

Beware felidentity theft. There's been a rash of cases where gangs of Russian cats troll your neighborhood with RFID readers, and then replicate your cat's RFID. Too often the first hint your cat knows that something is amiss is when they come home to find their food bowl depleted and "Meow THIS!" sprayed on the kitchen floor.

And once again folks, it's the classic: 3 comments (yup, the bare minimum required) followed by... THE POST. The first and last POST!

It's almost like there's a manual for this somewhere...

It gets worse: Not only is JW spamming for Pet a Porter or whatever it is, but he apparently sells the product, too!

From the "Letter of the Day" posted on the site:

PLEASE CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT CATS ARE UNABLE TO DO THIS WITH YOUR UNIT?

Do your clients know you blatantly violate the guidelines at the sites you hype them on, winsoar? Do you think they'd appreciate knowing? I wonder...

It looks like winsoar is his own client in this particular case, so I don't think he'll mind.

mediareport: Like pyrex, I have a sneaking suspicion that the "JW" in "JW Enterprises" stands for . . .

(wait for it)

JAMES WINSOAR!!!!!

Wait a minute--if it's true that he's just shilling for his own product, perhaps he then is also the owner of the other companies for which he claims to have spammed: Orvis, Amazon UK, etc.

I take it back, Mr. Winsoar (Sir Winsoar? If not yet, surely just a matter of time). You are a marketing genius! Richard Branson nothing on you!

James Winsoar has over ten years experience creating profitable online businesses and he now helps other companies to maximise their online profits with search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, and website optimisation.

And this marketing genius was uncovered by the third comment in this thread. (And perhaps even sooner had flapjax not burst out laughing.)

Winsoar? Loosecrash.

I'm so excited by this product! I want one immediately!

Oh, wait, nevermind. Go away, spammer.

It's rumored that the Pet Porte was created by -- or at least advertised by -- pedophiles. Just a rumor, though. I'm sure there's nothing to it.

I am certain there has never been a cat successfully able to carry a rat on its back through a Pet Porte Collarless Cat Flap Door. This is an evident flaw and I advise that nobody buy this product.
