there's a boom and bust cycle and good reason to fear it, blame low interest rates - naw, it's the animal spirit.

Fear the Boom and Bust: a Hayek vs. Keynes Rap Anthem is the result of the unlikely collaboration between libertarian economist Russell Roberts and Spike TV. Comes endorsed by pop icon Ke$ha.

Cyclical indeed.

Ke$ha sucks. Paris Hilton produced her album, which should give you an idea of how much she sucks. Her opinion and her "the raps are really good" endorsement (i heard it on NPR this afternoon) is worthless.

That said this doesn't suck and is infotainment as it is supposed to be.

My favourite parts are their hairstyles and moustaches!

Roberts also has a podcast about economics, which (fortunately) involves no rap.

Nothing worse than a republican trying to act cool.

How about a Democrat abandoning Keynesianism in the middle of a recession for a spending freeze?

The voiceover towards the end is lame and heavyhanded, but the rest was pretty good.

Crazy. I just heard about this on NPR today and was listening to Ke$ha about three seconds ago.
